Coaches as a reminder at all times, both Coaches should 1) verify game time and 2) field location/address and 3) uniform jersey colors to avoid conflicts directly with the each other by Tuesday each week before the game please. DO NOT COUNT ON this PAWest/ AFFINITY website to have an accurate time or game location.
After each game is played each week, both coaches are to email me on Sunday after the game at sjennings@fedex.com and include the score of the game and a copy of the GDR in addition to any yellow or red cards that were issued and if there were any injuries.
After this official final schedule is published, Coaches must process the request to change a game date or time through their club president with the other team's president cc'd, not just the other coach. No coach may cancel a game on their own.
